This year I am releasing an ambient audio track for your haunt. This suspenseful background audio is released in 3 flavors:

The standard mix is the one most will want. There are no vocals or special sound affects (booing ghosts, blowing wind, ect...), just good theme music that I personally prefer.

The addition of the metronome is geared toward opening suggestion. It is said to help lead the mind into a more suggestive state but there are no suggestions in the track, that's for your props to accomplish. This is my first try with metronome creation and with the busy Halloween season here, I have not had much time to work with it.

The metronome alone has also been included for anyone interested in this work.

It has been a year since the Laser Vortex was placed on instructables.com (http://www.instructables.com/id/Laser-Vortex/ ) and they have been popping up in haunts everywhere. Some people that have built their own are even getting some local news coverage shown here.

If you have not seen the MAKE, you can find it on the magazine rack of your local bookstore now or at http://makezine.com/halloween2007/ . The Laser Vortex has a mention on page 23 shown in the upper right. It is small but nice to see in print.

Dim posted a great video on YouTube showing how he made the reflector for a  laser vortex. Cant wait for him to post the vortex video.

Download this file: halloween_countdown_2007, unzip the file and you will find two files inside, “halloween07countdown.swf” and “add_this_code_to_your_page.txt”.
